Josh Gerig was very supportive when I was trying to determine about selling a condo that I owned in Tulsa. He explained everything about the process in great detail at a level that I could understand and kept me informed along the way. He knows the market in Tulsa! He also knows the real estate business. As a seller, I found that Josh responded quickly either by email or phone whenever I had questions. He gives well over 100% to helping me with the sale. We recently had the privilege of working Gerig Group Real Estate in finding a new home in Bixby. Josh showed us most of the homes we looked at, told us many helpful things about the area, and guided us through the negotiation process. He is extremely professional, personable, and full of helpful advice. And he was very attentive to our unique needs and challenges. It was fun working with him. Carolyn was fantastic in handling all of the long list of things that had to be done going from accepted offer to getting the keys to our new home. She is very detail oriented and thorough and could not have done a better job of keeping communication flowing with each issue that needed attention. We could not be happier with the service we received and would not hesitate to recommend Gerig Group to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. The whole team is the best. I cannot imagine any real estate company being more competent or pleasant to work with.

I had the pleasure of working with the Gerig group on the purchase of my home as well as the sale of my precious residence. Josh Gerig is hands down the most reliable, hard-working realtor I’ve ever worked with. His consistent and straight-forward communication is one of the aspects I enjoyed most about working with Josh. I always felt like I was in good hands, and he somehow managed to make one of the most stressful life events easy and even enjoyable. There was never any pressure to buy any time we went to a showing. He really makes sure you’re doing what’s best for you, and encourages you to ask questions. Any time I asked Josh a question, he went the extra mile to find the answer/solution. Josh helped me find my perfect house and walked me through every step of the process all the way through closing (and even after). When it came to selling my previous residence, I wasn’t having much luck. I had the house listed for months without any attention. I hired Josh, and in less than a month I had ~10 showings and an offer. I am more than satisfied with my experience using the Gerig Group, and I continue to refer friends and family to Josh. I’m a very happy client and very appreciative of everything they have done, and continue to do, for me.

Josh Gerig and his team just helped my husband and I purchase our first home in Broken Arrow. He went above and beyond, explaining each step of the process. He was always accessible and responded VERY quickly. More than that, he did not pressure us into buying a home, was flexible with our schedule for viewing houses, and even had someone repair the siding on the home that we bought - just as a gift.
